EPS3000 Electronic Throttle Pedal

The EPS3000 electronic throttle control system emulates the vehicle throttle pedal potentiometers.

The configuration software enables the user to simulate the potentiometer voltage curve by programming the 0 – 100% values in a table with up to 65536 points.  Alternatively, the curve can be emulated by using the electronic simulation mode which uses equivalent resistances.

The input signal to the EPS3000 can be either via Profi-bus or by an analogue 0 – 10V signal from either a test bed throttle control rack or directly from the test bed automation system.

The output signal can then be fed directly to the engine ECU or to a mechanical throttle actuator.
